Terms and Conditions for Quad, Buggy, Camel Rides, and Dining in Agafay Marrakech
1. Booking and Confirmation
All activities (quad biking, buggy rides, camel rides, and dining) must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email.
A confirmation email or message will be sent upon completing the booking. Please present this confirmation upon arrival.
Multi-activity packages may be available; please check for specific terms for such bookings.
2. Payment
A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Payment methods accepted: credit card, bank transfer, or cash on arrival (subject to prior agreement).
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will not be refunded.
3. Modifications and Cancellations
Clients wishing to modify bookings (change of date, time, or number of participants) must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any activity due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Participation Requirements
Quad and Buggy Rides: Riders must be at least 16 years old to drive. Younger participants may join as passengers.
Camel Rides: Suitable for all ages, but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Dining (Restauration): Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or preferences at the time of booking.
Helmets, protective gear, and necessary safety equipment will be provided for quad and buggy rides and must be worn at all times.
A safety briefing will be provided before all activities. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in termination of the activity without a refund.
5. Health and Fitness
All participants must be in good physical condition for the activities booked.
Any pre-existing medical conditions (such as heart issues, back or neck problems) must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Pregnant women or individuals with serious medical conditions are advised not to participate in quad, buggy, or camel rides.
6. Liability
Participation in activities is at the client’s own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the activities, except where caused by our negligence.
It is recommended that participants have personal travel insurance covering adventure activities.
7. Weather Conditions
Activities will generally take place in most weather conditions. However, in the case of extreme weather (heavy rain, sandstorms, etc.), the activities may be rescheduled for safety reasons. You will be informed in advance, and an alternative date or full refund will be provided.
8. Equipment Use and Damages
All participants must use the equipment (quads, buggies, camels) responsibly.
Any damage caused to the equipment due to reckless behavior will be charged to the client.
9. Photography and Media
We may take photos or videos during the activities for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us before the start of the activity.
Participants are welcome to take their own photos, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal devices during the activities.
10. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the activities.
It is recommended that participants secure their valuables before the start of any activity.
11. Dining and Special Requests
For dining reservations, please notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Special requests (such as private dining setups, celebrations) must be communicated at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
12. Group Bookings and Private Events
For group bookings or private events, specific terms and conditions may apply. Please contact us directly for customized packages and pricing.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an activity with us, clients confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
